| Capturing an image on your monitor. Ever wish you could capture an image from your computer screen and paste it into a document to send to someone? It's easy! Simply press the button on your keyboard that says "PrtScn." This will place and image of your screen in the Windows Clipboard and you can use the "Edit" "Paste" command to put it into any document. If you need an image of only one window on your screen, press the "Alt" button and, while holding it down, press "PrtScn."
